E.T. International, Inc. (ETI) has named veteran software entrepreneur Jeb Connor to its Board of Directors.

As former chairman and CEO of numerous investor-backed software and technology companies, Jeb Connor has decades of experience in startups, turnarounds and acquisitions. Mr. Connor is a founding director of Evozym Biologics, computational biology software and services company that combines proprietary algorithms with multi-core processing to expedite the creation of novel enzymes and proteins. His history also includes leading EMAX Solution Partners from a VC-backed startup to acquisition as a successful enterprise software and ecommerce solutions provider to the life science research market; playing an instrumental role in the acquisition of ArtusLabs by PerkinElmer; and affecting Synthematix’s acquisition by a public company as its founding outside director. Mr. Connor’s high-tech industry expertise is supplemented by twelve years of software sales and senior management experience with Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for HP’s global lab automation systems business.

Mr. Connor is currently the founding chairman and managing director of The Longwood Group, a boutique executive advisory consultancy with expertise in strategy and operational execution alignment and optimization serving multiple software, IT and life sciences companies looking to expand. He also serves on a University of Delaware Advisory Board that seeks to promote entrepreneurism in the mid-Atlantic region, and is a senior advisor to Focus Investment Bank, a rapidly growing national M&A advisory firm to emerging growth and middle-market businesses.

“Jeb Connor’s expertise and proven track record leading, guiding and growing a diverse mix of software and services companies into valuable businesses is a tremendous addition to E.T. “ETI is an inspiring opportunity for me,” said Connor. “Their vision; tremendously talented team; and innovative disruptive SWARM technology are poised to transform business execution through high performance computing. I’m looking forward to helping ETI realize their aspirations and potential.”

ETI’s high-performance software solutions and services include SWARM (SWift Adaptive Runtime Machine) performance accelerator and customized Software Performance Acceleration Services for the optimization of algorithms and scaling of programs for multi-core/many-core and heterogeneous architectures. Based in the technology of ETI’s breakthrough SWARM, ETI’s services are specifically designed to enable organizations to conquer the performance challenges presented by the intersection of massively parallel software applications and heterogeneous HPC systems.
