Silicon Valley Exec Joins Paremus as CEO

Paremus Ltd., an innovator of next-generation distributed software systems deployed on Grid computing infrastructure, announced today that Gary Ebersole, an experienced Silicon Valley start-up executive, has joined Paremus as Chief Executive Officer. “Gary’s background managing early-stage enterprise software companies will be a real asset to Paremus as we launch Infiniflow into the grid computing marketplace,” said Dr Richard Nicholson, Paremus CTO and co-founder. “We are delighted to have him on the management team.” “Paremus has developed a breakthrough enterprise software platform with Infiniflow. Mr. Ebersole was CEO of Clustra Systems, developer of a high availability database system, where he was instrumental in raising venture capital financing and successfully engineering the acquisition of Clustra by Sun Microsystems. He was President and COO of ANTs Software and VP of Marketing with several VC-funded companies including Angara Database Systems, SHOgraphics and iSpheres. Mr. Ebersole has also held management positions with Sun Microsystems, Informix Software and Apollo Computer.
