DOE National Laboratories Engages Contract Negotiations with Strategy X

Strategy X, homeland security specialists, is pleased to announce engaged contract negotiations with the Department of Energy (DoE) National Laboratories. The basis of the agreement is to initiate Strategy X, Inc.'s Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MSA) division support over the next fiscal year and beyond. The Department of Homeland Security has allotted more than $114 million in funding within the national laboratory system to support work in many critical areas. The Department of Energy National Laboratories contributes greatly with science and technology to strengthen the war against terrorism. They are primarily Federal Government research and development institutes for science and technology focusing on national security. Developing and deploying state-of-the art, high-performance, low-operating-cost systems to prevent, detect, and mitigate the consequences of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive attacks. They also develop methods and capabilities to test and assess threats and vulnerabilities and prevent technology surprise and anticipate emerging threats. Joseph J. Doyle, Chief Technical Officer, and Director of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis commented on the talks, "This is another move in the right direction for our company. There is a great deal of need out there for our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MSA) division both nationally and internationally. We are intimately familiar with the process that the Department of Energy uses while performing their assessments.
