Oracle today announced that Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer 10g (Oracle Discoverer 10g) is certified for Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 8.9. PeopleSoft EPM 8.9 customers will be able to access and analyze critical business data using Oracle Discoverer 10g, enabling reduced integration costs and complexity. This certification extends Oracle's commitment to allow PeopleSoft application users to maximize their existing technology investments, while enabling them to benefit from Oracle Discoverer 10g's reporting, analysis, customization and Web-publishing capabilities. Now, PeopleSoft customers have self-service access to this robust functionality, as well as new Microsoft Excel integration capabilities that allow them to navigate data using the familiar spreadsheet interface while taking advantage of Oracle Database's reliability, scalability and security. PeopleSoft EPM 8.9 leverages Oracle Fusion Middleware capabilities, providing customers with a complete end-to-end BI solution.
