Dear Supercomputing Online Editorial Staff: The SC2003 conference wrapped up Friday, Nov. 21, with the largest attendance and exhibition in the history of the conference. On behalf of the SC2003 Conference Executive Committee, I would like to thank you for your invaluable assistance in helping us make this the most successful SC conference to date. This year’s conference attracted the largest numbers of technical program submissions in many areas, then drew record attendance for the Tutorials and Technical Program. At the same time, we were able to accommodate 219 exhibitors, but had to turn dozens more away. Supercomputing Online’s continuous support, as evidenced by the regular publication of SC2003 news items, was an important part of our outreach efforts and undoubtedly helped us reach record levels. Thank you again for your support and we look forward to working with you as we prepare for SC2004 to be held November 6-12, 2004, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sincerely, James R.
