Oracle Announces Latest Certification of SAP Solutions on Oracle9i Database

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- Oracle Corp., the world's largest enterprise software company, today announced certification of SAP(R) core ERP product version 4.6, Sales and Distribution module on Oracle9i Database for Windows Server 2003 for both 32-bit and 64-bit computing. With this SAP-certified solution on Oracle, SAP AG customers running on other commercial database technology are now able to reduce their database management costs through Oracle9i Database's automated management features and improved data reliability while using Windows Server 2003 platform. SAP solutions have been certified on the 64-bit Oracle9i Database Release 2 on Windows Server 2003 for Itanium 2 after a successful six-month test period.
