Progress Forge Inks VAR Agreement with Star Bridge

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- Reconfigurable Computing (RC) hardware and software developer Star Bridge Systems® and RC solution developer Progress Forge today announced completion of a license agreement whereby Progress Forge will act as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for Star Bridge. Tyler Reed, Progress Forge CEO, said, “We’re now a complete solution provider for Reconfigurable Computing. We provide hardware, software, training and consulting. Progress Forge is playing an important role in that strategy.” Targeted markets for the Hypercomputer and VIVA technologies include: • Aerospace, Defense & National Security applications • Bioinformatics • Engineering and Environmental Simulations Earlier this year, the two companies signed an agreement giving Progress Forge a license to provide Hypercomputer® and VIVA® training. Progress Forge has completed three training sessions with clients including Lockheed Martin, NASA, the US Air Force and multiple research institutions.
