John Lubratich has joined ViON Corporation as the new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Philip J. Rouse ll, ViON’s current Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, will be retiring from a 32-year distinguished career with ViON.  During the next six months, Mr. Rouse will be staying on in a very active role as Vice President of Finance. 

Mr. Lubratich was previously the Vice President of Finance and Shared Services for Hitachi Data Systems. He has both his MBA and CPA as well as 23 years in the IT industry.  Besides his background, career and experience in multiple facets of finance, Mr. Lubratich has one other key ingredient to bring to ViON--an extended career in the Information Technology Vendor Market and specifically the storage segment.
