OneAccess Networks have entered into a distribution agreement where CTD will distribute the ONE Series of Converged Services CPE solutions and provide Tier 1 and 2 customer technical support in North America.

The ONE Series CPE is a multi-service router designed for the SMB and enterprise with industry-leading hardware scalability and software flexibility that delivers complete convergence. With EFM and fiber Ethernet access technologies as options the ONE series is optimized for anew generation of higher value converged services for the SMB. The software-centric architecture enables service providers the ability to reduce the number of appliances required in the SMB LAN. With greater than 600,000 units deployed in more than 140 service providers around the world, the OneAccess OneOS is widely recognized as a field-proven, highly reliable operating system with a set of management tools that reduce the operational cost and complexity of managed converged services.

CTD offers service providers not only the capabilities of a distribution partner but the added benefit of a highly skilled technical support organization that offers real-time analysis and trouble-shooting of end-user customer issues. Working with the service provider, the CTD technical support team can greatly reduce the time to resolve installation issues by providing a thorough analysis of the entire LAN environment through remote access, resulting in a high quality customer experience that promotes customer loyalty while reducing churn.
