Mellanox Promotes Einat Zuk, Amit Krig, Gilad Shainer, Jacob Shulman to VPs
Mellanox Technologies has announced the promotion of Einat Zuk to vice president of human resources, Amit Krig to vice president of solution validation and program management, Gilad Shainer to vice president of market development and Jacob Shulman to vice president of finance. Mrs. Zuk will be reporting to Eyal Waldman, chairman, president and CEO, Mr. Krig will be reporting to Shai Cohen, COO, Mr. Shainer will be reporting to David Barzilai, vice president of marketing and Mr. Shulman will be reporting to Michael Gray, CFO.

Einat Zuk joined Mellanox in 2001 and is responsible for Mellanox global human resource activities. Prior to Mellanox, Mrs. Zuk held various human resource management positions at Elbit Systems and Runway Venture Capital. Mrs. Zuk holds a Bachelors and Masters in Organizational Psychology from the Haifa University in Israel.
Amit Krig joined Mellanox in 2000 as a software engineer, holding numerous roles over the past 12 years that included software development, solution validation, and post-silicon program management. Amit is responsible for Mellanox engineering program management, customer projects management and post silicon validation and integration. Prior to Mellanox, Mr. Krig worked at Intel Corporation. Mr. Krig holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Gilad Shainer joined Mellanox in 2001 and is responsible for market development activities in the areas of high performance computing (HPC), Web 2.0, cloud computing, datacenter, database, Big Data and storage. Over the last 11 years, he served in numerous engineering and marketing management positions including adapter card development, software development and HPC marketing. Mr. Shainer holds MSc. degree (2001) and a BSc. degree (1998) in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He has also served as chairman of the HPC Advisory Council since 2008. Mr. Shainer holds several patents in the area of high-speed interconnect.
Jacob Shulman has been corporate controller for Mellanox since 2007. Mr. Shulman has over 19 years of experience in finance and accounting and has worked with companies in several industries including telecommunications, biotechnology, software and construction manufacturing. Mr. Shulman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University and Master of Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel.
