Aveta announced the addition of a new subsidiary, Aveta Health Solutions, which helps physicians navigate the shifting business environment and the changes coming from healthcare reform.

Aveta Health Solutions advises physician practices, hospitals and payors on building and managing physician networks. Aveta Health Solutions also helps its clients manage the financial risk that new care delivery models are forcing onto service providers.

-- Tim O'Rourke is the President of New Market Development. O'Rourke joined Aveta in October 2011 with seventeen years of experience in healthcare finance, operations, and provider contracting.

-- Rod St. Clair is the Chief Medical Officer and brings more than 25 years of clinical and operational experience to Aveta Health Solutions.

-- Marcia Anderson is the Chief Operations Officer. Anderson has over 25 years broad based experience in both clinical and operational settings who has held senior positions in Medical Management and has a proven success record with startups and physician engagement ventures.

-- Carol Hairston is Vice President Health Services. Hairston has over 30 years of extensive, executive-level healthcare experience, including managed-care operations, physician network development, contracting, administration and disease management operations. She brings a hands-on familiarity with the details of group and IPA operations, medical management and care coordination programs.
