Internap Network Services has announced that Five9 is utilizing Internap's data center in New York City to improve the resiliency and scalability of Five9's cloud-based call centers. After growing for years at a rate faster than the on-demand call center industry as a whole, Five9 selected Internap to provide reliable, geographical redundancy to continue its expansion.

Located in the global communications hub of New York City at 111 8th Avenue, Internap's SAS 70 Type II facility features multiple layers of hardened physical security and is staffed and secured 24/7. The state-of-the-art data center is served by top-tier telecommunications carriers and is equipped with fully-redundant power and HVAC systems to ensure service continuity.
