ScaleMP to Demonstrate Its Aggregation Technology at International Supercomputing Conference 2009

Demo Presentation at ScaleMP, Dell and Mellanox Booths:

ScaleMP today announced the company’s participation at the International Supercomputing Conference (ISC) 2009 in Hamburg, Germany, June 23-26, 2009. ScaleMP will demonstrate the vSMP Foundation software at its own booth (booth #441) as well as at the Dell and Mellanox booths. The demo will feature the recently announced Intel® Xeon® processor 5500 series (Nehalem).

Shai Fultheim, CEO and Founder of ScaleMP, will also be speaking at the conference on Wednesday, June 24th, at 12:00 noon. The talk will discuss a fundamental paradigm shift for high-performance computing (HPC) by combining a software-based computing architecture utilizing virtualization and low-latency interconnects with standard x86 systems. The session will feature Christian Terboven of RWTH Aachen University, a user of ScaleMP’s products, who will speak about his experience with vSMP Foundation and its performance.
