Oracle Database 10g Release 2 Sets New World Record
TPC-H Three TB Benchmark with Sun Fire E25K: Oracle today announced a record breaking TPC-H Three Terabyte (TB) benchmark for Oracle Database 10g Release 2, strengthening the company's leadership in data warehouse performance. Running on a Sun Fire E25K server with UltraSPARC IV+ processors and the Solaris 10 Operating System, Oracle Database 10g Release 2 achieved a record-breaking performance of 114,713.7 QphH@3000GB with a price- performance ratio of $36.68QphH@3000GB.
