SGI Cuts Q2 Revenue Forecast

SGI after Thursday's closing bell forecast a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $15 million to $18 million on revenue of $170 million to $175 million. The company previously forecast a pro forma loss of $10 million to $17 million on revenue of $180 million to $200 million. The company said two large installations, totaling more than $15 million, haven't completed customer-acceptance requirements. The maker of supercomputing systems also said that it's exploring financing alternatives with its lender and other sources. Last Friday, the company's stock fell 19% to 0.56. Its 52 week price range is 0.55 - 2.03.
