Visual Sciences Earns Independent Research Firm's Top Score

Visual Sciences, the leading provider of real-time visual analysis software and services, including Visual Site, announced today that it received the top ranking of any vendor in "Overall Business Value" in the new JupiterResearch "Web Analytics Spending, Staffing and Vendor Selection" research report published on October 27, 2004. The "Overall Business Value" evaluation criteria used by JupiterResearch included reference customer satisfaction, usability of application, quality and availability, integration capabilities, price-to-feature ratio, quality of services, self-service ability, price predictability and transparency, and customer-support-to-client ratios. JupiterResearch's report considered the top fourteen (14) Web Analytics vendors. Visual Sciences ranked highest in "Overall Business Value."
