The Senior Scientific Programmer will create solutions to meet advanced computing needs by designing and developing scientific applications that require high performance and distributed computing resources, scientific datasets, web and internet technologies, and graphical user interfaces. Responsibilities include requirement gathering and translation into software specifications, software architecture design, code development, testing and integration and assistance with deployment. This position will document the design and algorithms and assist in preparing materials and translating these items for research documents.
