Apply now for 2008-2009 fellowships with NCSA

The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) is at the forefront of science and technology, operating powerful supercomputers and developing technologies and tools that promote advances across diverse disciplines, from innovation in science and engineering to breakthroughs in the social sciences to creativity in the arts and humanities. Fellowships enable faculty and staff at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to tap NCSA's supercomputing resources and expertise in data management and analysis, innovative architectures to accelerate applications, cyberenvironments, and advanced information technologies. Fellowships provide up to $36,000 in funding and opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration. Summer fellowships also are available, enabling researchers from institutions across the United States to collaborate with NCSA. Applications for 2008-2009 fellowships, including a project proposal and an abstract, must be submitted online between February 15 and March 31, 2008.
