Altair announces GM's Director of CAE as HTC07 keynote speaker

Free, two-day industry forum focuses on "Driving Innovation with Enterprise Simulation" and showcases latest advancements in CAE for rapid design- exploration and decision-making: Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of technology and services that empower client innovation and decision-making, today announced that Tom Tecco, director of General Motors' global CAE, will kick off the 2007 HyperWorks Technology Conference (HTC07) with a keynote address titled "The Impact of Simulation and Virtual Validation on the Product Development Process." Tecco is the director of Global CAE/Test Systems and Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) for the Information Systems and Services (IS&S) organization at General Motors.
