Doug Campbell Joins MSC.Software as VP & Deputy General Counsel

MSC.Software today announced the appointment of Doug Campbell, an experienced software industry executive, as vice president and deputy general counsel. Mr. Campbell will report directly to John Mongelluzzo, senior vice president, business administration, general counsel and corporate secretary. His responsibilities at MSC.Software will include corporate securities law, intellectual property, employment law, international law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and commercial transactions. Mr. Campbell has more than 18 years of experience in corporate law. He joins MSC.Software from Kendle International where he held the position of vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Mr. Campbell was the senior vice president, general counsel at EDS PLM Solutions and also held several key positions at SDRC prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2001, including senior corporate counsel and division counsel. Prior to SDRC, Mr. Campbell served as a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl law firm.
