Dot Hill Ships 20,000 Units of Its Latest Generation Storage Systems

Dot Hill announced today that it has shipped over 20,000 units of its rugged, compact storage systems approximately one year after introduction. Dot Hill markets its storage systems commercially under the SANnet(R) II brand name. Select OEM and SI partners also market the products under private brands. The second generation of Dot Hill's external disk subsystems was released beginning in Q4 2002 and is the fastest growing product family in the company's history. This product line meets MIL-STD-810F standards for the U.S. Department of Defense and is certified to the telecommunications industry NEBS Level 3 standard.
