MSC.Software today announced the dates and locations for its 2004 VPD Conferences. These worldwide events will bring together thousands of engineering professionals to share their knowledge, best practices and views concerning the business impact of Virtual Product Development in the automotive, aerospace, biomedical, civil, defense, rail, shipbuilding and other industrial manufacturing industries. The dates and locations for the 2004 VPD conference are: * Americas: October 18-20, Huntington Beach, California * EMEA: November 22-24, Munich, Germany * Asia-Pacific: April 7-9, Korea; October 7, Kuala Lumpur; October 13-14, Australia; November 3, Taiwan; November 4-5, China; November 8-9, Japan "Our 2003 VPD conferences were by far the most successful events MSC.Software has ever undertaken, with more than 2500 customers, partners, press and financial analysts attending in all world regions. Papers covering the implementation and use of PLM tools from Dassault Systemes, such as CATIA, SMARTEAM, and ENOVIA are also being solicited. In addition, engineering experts and MSC.Software professionals will present technical papers and lead specialty workshops providing detailed information about VPD and PLM applications including, part design, integrated analysis, control system simulation, stochastic analysis, and simulation data management among others.
