Next-Generation HBAs provide advanced virtualization support and ensure data availability across Hitachi Data Systems enterprise and midrange storage systems: Emulex Corporation today announced that its 8Gb/s LightPulse Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs) are now available and qualified for Hitachi Data Systems' enterprise and midrange storage platforms. The combined Emulex and Hitachi Data Systems solution offers maximum performance in the broadest range of storage applications and environments, enabling organizations to better align their storage infrastructures with their unique business requirements.
