Mercury's RACE++ Systems Provide Computing Power for Leading Science and Technology Organization in Europe Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY), a leading provider of embedded real-time digital signal and image processing computer systems, announced today it has shipped high-performance RACE++(tm) systems to the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) in the United Kingdom. DERA will use Mercury's multicomputer systems, which incorporate PowerPC(tm) "G4" processors, to perform advanced research for airborne electronic warfare.
