Apace Systems & Small Tree Communications Offer 10GbE Uncompressed Video Editing

Apace Systems Corporation, a leading video storage manufacturer and solutions provider, and Small Tree Communications, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance networking products for Mac OS, have announced offering of a certified and interoperable end-to-end 10GbE connectivity solution for Final Cut Pro MAC-based video editing workgroups. At 2.5x the speed of the fastest Fibre Channel link, 10GbE is the fastest LAN connectivity for MAC. Apace Systems will be the solution provider of 10GbE Network Attached Storage systems (NAS) and will deploy Small Tree's 10GbE products in serving MAC-based workgroups for post-production and media imaging customers.
