Bull demonstrates 16-way Itanium 2 Prototype Server at IDF
MUNICH, GERMANY -- At the Intel Developer Forum, Bull showed a running prototype of a 16-way Intel Itanium 2-based server. The demonstration happened during the keynote speech of Mike Fister, Senior VP Enterprise Platform Group, Intel, and ran the POV-algorithm. Bull hopes to sell the server in both the commercial and scientific computing markets.
