Computational Grids provide an infrastructure for computing, communication and collaboration, within enterprises and over the Internet. In this illuminating keynote session from the Commercial High Performance Computing Conference, Wolfgang Gentzsch, Sun Microsystems’ Director of Grid Computing, describes his vision for Grid computing starting with Cluster Grids on a departmental level, to Campus Grids, on an enterprise level, and eventually to Global Grids being part of the Internet.
