To meet the growing demand for enterprise-class video distribution and communications platforms, the company has leveraged and enhanced the acquired assets of Starbak, including patented technology, to provide customers with a fully integrated, scalable end-to-end enterprise software platform that enables organizations to utilize a single solution for the capture, distribution, management, viewing, and usage reporting of high-quality live or stored HD video content. The venture-backed company is headquartered in Westborough, Massachusetts and is led by an experienced management team with deep domain expertise in enterprise video, communications, digital media, and infrastructure software.

According to figures from Wintergreen Research, the worldwide market for enterprise video communications is expected to reach $14.4 billion by 2014.
