Freescale Semiconductor will host its Financial Analyst and Investor meeting on June 19, 2012, at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas at 1:00 pm CDT. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Freescale Technology Forum Americas 2012.

The analyst meeting will be hosted by Rich Beyer, chairman and CEO of Freescale. Business presentations will be given by Reza Kazerounian, senior vice president and general manager of the Automotive, Industrial & Multi-market Solutions; Tom Deitrich, senior vice president and general manager of Networking & Multimedia Solutions; and Henri Richard, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Alan Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a financial overview.
