Roughly 15% of race registrants never even make it to the starting line . Registration Protector is a new benefit to all ACTIVE.com customers who sign up for events online. During registration, participants will be provided with the option to purchase Registration Protector. With Registration Protector, a participant who misses an event for a covered reason such as an injury, illness, job loss, transportation delays, military/family/legal obligations, and more can get their registration fees reimbursed.*

Registration Protector will refund 100% of insured registration costs, subject to certain conditions and limitations, including fees and other related costs up to the maximum coverage amount of $10,000 and includes Allianz Global Assistance’s 24/7 service and assistance. Allianz Global Assistance manages all customer service and claims activity, without risk or management resources from event organizers.
