Christie has announced the new Matrix StIM WQ and Matrix SIM WQ, a pair of solid state WQXGA resolution projection systems for simulation and training applications.

The Matrix StIM WQ offers 800 lumens of brightness, a ruggedised chassis, ArrayLOC and Christie AccuFrame smear reduction technology. AccuFrame allows system designers to maximise image quality over a range of applications and training scenarios.

It is also the only WQXGA projector on the market which displays separate channels for visible light and IR spectrum for simulated NVG training. Separating the input channels for IR and visible light allows for greater system design flexibility.
