Samsung picks up NVELO, a storage software manufacturer

Samsung announced that they had acquired the privately held NVELO of Santa Clara, California. The company is a pioneer of storage software and Samsung hopes to leverage the company's software with their SSDs to increase performance by intelligently managing and optimizing SSD caching.
