Danware strengthens partner channel in Italy

Danish IT Company Danware has entered into agreement with Italian IT Company Enterprise International for the sale and distribution of Danware’s NetOp products on the Italian market. ”We have implemented an ambitious growth strategy, aimed at increasing our sales and turnover in the more than 80 countries where NetOp products are sold,” says Danware CEO Peter Grøndahl. “Therefore we are very pleased to have strengthened our position on the Italian market, and we have high expectations of the collaboration with our new Italian partner.” NetOp products from Danware are based on advanced IT remote control functionality. This fits well with the existing product portfolio of the new Italian partner, which specializes in supplying advanced software solutions to the business-to-business market. Access to the financial market Enterprise International supplies IT solutions to both the private and public sectors. The company enjoys a particularly strong position in the financial sector, which accounts for almost 40 % of its customers. Danware Regional Manager Peter Jacques Kristensen adds: ”The new partnership agreement opens the door to an attractive customer segment – one that Danware has good experience of servicing in many countries, including the USA, the UK, Belgium and not least Germany. Therefore this agreement with Enterprise International is an important step in the right direction.” Enterprise International supplies software solutions in collaboration with 44 dealers on the Italian market. As well as major banks, savings banks and mortgage credit institutions, Enterprise International’s existing customer segment includes leading companies such as Siemens, Coca Cola and Blockbuster. ”NetOp is a dependable, well-known brand that we are pleased to now be able to supply to present and future customers,” comments Enterprise International’s CEO Christopher Shelton Agar. “Today many financial businesses require advanced IT remote control solutions that can contribute to faster, more efficient work procedures. In addition, IT development is strong among public institutions in Italy. Therefore we have high expectations for sales of NetOp products on the Italian market.” The agreement with Enterprise International comes only a few weeks after Danware opened its new subsidiary in the USA, which is now responsible for distribution of NetOp products on the American market. In the autumn Danware is opening two new subsidiaries in the UK and Germany, which as in the USA will sell NetOp products through channels comprising certified NetOp partners.
