Web 2.0, Java Technology and the Solaris 10 Operating System to Get Center Stage
Sun Microsystems, the creator and leading advocate of Java technology, today announced the details of the first Sun Tech Days developer conference of 2006-2007. Sun Tech Days are loaded with technical content, practical "how to" information, demonstrations, examples of real-world solutions, hands-on training and more. There is no charge to attend the Sun Tech Days in Seattle but space is limited.

Rich will also update the audience on where Sun is in providing open source implementations of Java technology, Sun's tools strategy, the Solaris 10 Operating System (Solaris 10 OS) and new developer offerings. Now in its ninth year, the Sun Tech Days conference program has educated more than 150,000 developers on six continents. On September 8th, developers can start on the path to Sun Certified Enterprise Architecture (SCEA) Certification through full-day Java University classes for either "Java EE Architecture and Design using Java EE Patterns" or "Introduction to AJAX".
