Oracle University Announces Over 50 New Courses

Oracle University today announced a complete Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10 curriculum that lets business managers, functional implementers and technical administrators quickly take advantage of all the new functionality in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10. Oracle University's new curriculum includes new learning paths for Oracle applications customers and Oracle partners who are implementing Oracle Financials, Oracle Customer Relationship Management, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle Projects and Oracle Human Resources Management System. The learning paths for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10 target key business processes with logical, sequenced paths for learning that let customers implement Oracle applications to fit their specific business process requirements. "To help our customers improve visibility into their operations with the most current information, functional implementers need to be able to tap all the functionality with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10," said John L. Hall, senior vice president of Oracle University. "That's why we've added more than 50 new Oracle applications training modules -- to help our customers quickly manage customer interactions, deliver services, manufacture products, ship orders, and collect payments. Our implementation and end-user training can be delivered off-the-shelf or tailored to help our customers early in the implementation process to quickly take advantage of their Oracle investment." The new Learning Paths for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10 include all new classes in multiple learning formats - instructor-led classes, online classes, self-study CDs and private event training on these topics: * Oracle Financials 11i.10 -- 5 new learning paths with 22 new classes encompassing internal controls management, general ledger management, order- to-cash, procure-to-pay, asset management and leasing processes. * Oracle Projects 11i.10 -- A new learning path with 12 new classes for Oracle Projects fundamentals, such as costing, billing, and resource management, and advanced learning topics such as inter-company billing, multiple reporting currencies, and system administration. * Oracle Order Management and Discrete Manufacturing 11i.10 -- a new Oracle 11i10 Logistics learning path with 5 new classes that address inventory management, warehouse management and transportation processes. * Oracle Human Resources Management System 11i.10 -- 3 new learning paths with 10 new classes focused on workforce sourcing and deployment, compensation management, payroll, health and welfare, time and labor, and enterprise workforce management processes. * Oracle Intelligence Solutions 11i.10 -- a new learning path with 3 new classes for daily business intelligence and enterprise budgeting and planning processes for analysts, process administrators and security administrators. * Oracle 11i Logistics -- a new learning path with 3 new classes for advanced supply chain planning and demand planning fundamentals. New Technical Learning Paths for 11i.10 will help functional implementers to enable business processes and achieve competitive advantage using Oracle E- Business Suite 11i.10.
