Call Center Technology and Extreme Networks Partner
Extreme Networks, Inc., a leader in broadband Ethernet networking, and Call Center Technology (CCT), based in the UK, have formed a strategic partnership to deliver converged voice and data communications solutions. The partnership brings together CCT's expertise in IP telephony technology and applications from Avaya with Extreme Networks' high performance Ethernet switching expertise. CCT will resell Extreme Networks' portfolio of high-performance communications solutions while providing a single point of contact for customer consultancy, sales, services and support. Additionally, Extreme Networks will provide specialist training and support for CCT's sales and engineering teams. CCT has joined the Extreme Solutions Partner (ESP) program. Extreme Networks and Avaya are working towards offering standardized, best-of-breed solutions that are open and flexible. These solutions allow Enterprise customers to reduce their deployment costs, improve security and increase the longevity of communications infrastructure "Doing more with less is the mantra of every business in the current economic climate," said Russell Attwood, CEO of CCT.
