Garth Gibson, Panasas Showcase Expertise at Supercomputing 2003

Panasas, Inc., the premier storage system for scalable Linux clusters, today announced that founder and chief technology officer, Dr. Garth Gibson, will serve as session chair in the "Advanced Storage Concepts, Architectures, Technologies" panel at the Supercomputing 2003 conference (SC2003) on Wednesday November 19th at 1:30 p.m. SC2003, the annual conference for high-performance computing, will be held from November 15-21 in the Phoenix Convention Center in Arizona. Dr. Gibson will also be a featured presenter in the Exhibitor Forum, presenting "Panasas Object Storage: Redefining Storage Bandwidth for Linux Clusters." Panasas, an exhibitor at the show, will host presentations from customers and partners highlighting the revolutionary object-based storage architecture and related high-performance computing topics. Panasas, located in booth 2501, will feature several performance demonstrations of the Panasas ActiveScale Storage Cluster, as well as hosting short technical presentations given by Panasas and selected end users and partners.
