RAID Announces OEM Partnership With LSI

RAID today announced the signing of an OEM partnership agreement with LSI in order to further develop its capabilities in the high-performance computing storage market. 

LSI has a long-standing reputation for superior high-performance storage technology for data-intensive, multi-vendor environments. RAID will utilize LSI's advanced controller designs and management features in their Xanadu 200 series of customized HPC storage systems. This continues RAID's development of end-to-end HPC solutions, which includes servers, InfiniBand / 10Gb Ethernet infrastructure, and a wide variety of parallel file systems.

LSI has a 30-year, successful history of deploying InfiniBand and Fibre Channel HPC/HEC solutions for the supercomputer industry. The LSI Engenio Storage Group has deployed over 80 petabytes of storage worldwide supporting customer segments such as: government, academic universities, energy and geospatial.
