The second general session will feature a keynote from John Curran, founder and chairman of the American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN). The session will also host a panel discussion on the recently released "Blueprint for Big Broadband," a report developed by EDUCAUSE that provides an innovative approach to bringing the federal government, state governments, and the private sector together to make high-speed Internet services available across the country.
