Cinch Connectors has announced today that its High Speed Cabling product line is available for purchase through ColfaxDirect.com, a premier reseller of high-performance computing solutions. Cinch's leadership in high performance cabling, combined with Colfax's extensive reach will provide a superior value proposition to the HPC marketplace.

The Cinch high speed cabling product line supports InfiniBand DDR and QDR data rates, Ethernet 10GBase-CX4, SAS and other high speed I/O applications requiring demanding electrical performance. It also offers the following advantages:

• Superior crosstalk isolation by utilizing the Cinch patented PairShield technology in the QSFP+ cables while the NX Cables achieve less than 2% crosstalk through a unique ground shield between pairs and a unique cable design, offering a dramatic improvement in performance.
  
• Ergonomicdesign for easy plug as well as an audible "click" when fully latched. The latch pull tether allows for single hand operation release.
  
• QSFP+ "Smart" plug includes an EEPROM cable management interface programmed for SFF8436 as well as an I²C module select buffer and DC blocking capacitors on the receive lanes.
