MSC.Software Corporation announced that Masood A. Jabbar and Mark A. Stevens have resigned from the MSC Board of Directors. Neither of these resignations was the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. "The Board of Directors, MSC's management team and I would like to personally thank Masood and Mark for their seasoned guidance and support," said Bill Weyand, Chairman and CEO, MSC.Software, "we wish them continued success in the future." Mr. Jabbar had been a member of the Board since July 2005 and Mr. Stevens had been a member of the Board since August 2004. Additionally, the Company's Board has changed the number of directors of the Company from seven to five members.
