Chelsio Communications today announced that Newisys, a Sanmina-SCI company, has selected Chelsio as an approved vendor supplying the T210 10GbE Protocol Engine as part of the Newisys enterprise-class server solution set targeted to meet the demands of Grid applications. "Newisys selected Chelsio as a recommended supplier of 10Gb Ethernet adapters because of the high-level of performance demonstrated by the T210 10GbE Protocol Engine in HPC and Enterprise Data Center applications.
