InfoVision Group Expands Global Customer Care Capabilities
InfoVision Group the largest independent IT enabled services companies in India, expands global customer care capabilities by adding another facility in Gurgaon to cater to its growing needs, with a production capacity of 300 seats. Aditya Gupta, President said "With this expansion we will be able to cater to the increasing requirements of our international customers. Our focus will remain in providing high quality and intelligent solutions to our customers." Located in Gurgaon, India, InfoVision’s new facility will support it's clients located in the UK, US and Australia providing customized solutions for CRM services and Customer Interaction Centers. The facility will support 24x7 operations & is expected to be operational by November, 2005.
