Informatica Corporation, a leading provider of data integration software, today announced that it has joined the Enterprise Grid Alliance (EGA), a non-profit multi-vendor consortium dedicated to driving the adoption of grid computing in the enterprise. Informatica's EGA membership reinforces the company's commitment to grid computing, which helps customers leverage existing hardware server assets to increase IT responsiveness and enhance data integration performance and cost-effectiveness.
