The achievement reflects Infogain’s number one priority of Customer Satisfaction, which is achieved through reliability of delivery and performance for all of its software services and processes. The assessment was conducted in accordance with Software Engineering Institute’s CMM Assessment Framework (CAF). SEI created the CMM as a model for systematically implementing development practices that continuously improve software quality. The CMM model consists of five levels: Level 1-Initial, Level 2-Repeatable, Level 3-Defined, Level 4-Managed, and Level 5-Optimizing. Organizations at Level 5 are considered to be highly mature and systematically use measurement and analyses to improve processes. The Level Five assessments involved a detailed evaluation of Infogain’s management, organizational and technical processes. KPMG conducted the CMM Assessment, and the assessment team was led by Mr. G. P. Rastogi, an SEI authorized lead assessor. Said Mr. Kapil Nanda, President & CEO, Infogain Corporation,” This assessment makes Infogain one of the few organizations to have a high process maturity rating and reiterates our commitment towards quality.
