iVivity Expands Sales Organization

iVivity, a leading technology provider of chip, board and integrated software solutions for the storage networking systems market, has extended its national reach by opening new sales offices in New England and Northern California. This growth in the sales force will allow iVivity's customers to receive technical sales expertise and timely information on iVivity's high performance storage products. iVivity has also deployed a technical support organization to assist the OEMs currently performing system implementations of its 4Gbs and 10Gbs iDiSX storage network processor technology. The design win support team of Field Application Engineers and Customer Support Engineers will focus on Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers who continue to have a growing interest in iDiSX technology, and provide in depth product and engineering support to the sales teams. "We envision a tremendous opportunity in 2005 as we move into the production phase of our iDiSX technology," said Dave Guy, vice president of sales for iVivity. "To help serve the rapidly growing market interest in our industry leading 4Gbs and 10Gbs products, we brought on dedicated east and west coast sales directors with deep expertise in working with storage industry OEMs in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies. We expect to open an additional sales office in the Midwest in 2005." With a combined 35 years of proven leadership in OEM sales of storage chip and related technologies, industry veterans Tony Funari and Mark Sprague will direct the East Coast and West Coast sales teams respectively.
