Cognos and Onyx Software Strengthen OEM Partnership
Cognos, the world leader in business intelligence (BI) and corporate performance management and Onyx Software Corp., a worldwide leader in successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM), today announced they have strengthened their original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnership. Cognos ReportNet, a complete, pure Web-based enterprise query and reporting environment, will power new reporting capabilities within the Onyx Employee Portal. Onyx Software, a Cognos Pinnacle Partner, serves more than 1000 customers in a variety of industries. The integration of Cognos ReportNet will allow Onyx to offer its clients a strategic one-stop reporting management tool to further enhance the power of CRM by delivering vital customer metrics to all levels of the organization.
