SAND Technology Inc., a leading supplier of high-performance analytic application infrastructure, has formed a cooperative marketing partnership with Sypherlink, a leading technology firm that enables information sharing across multiple data sources. SAND will leverage Sypherlink: Harvester's metadata discovery, analysis and mapping capabilities to accelerate the setup and configuration of SAND Analytic Server. Sypherlink will be able to utilize the SAND Analytic Server as a high-performance analytic platform for customers whose applications require a physically centralized database. "Sypherlink: Harvester enhances the innate data cleansing capabilities of SAND Analytic Server," said SAND CEO Arthur Ritchie. "SAND Analytic Server's 'load-and-go' capabilities mean that business users can quickly and easily access a view of the raw data to help them discover anomalies. By first initiating an automated discovery process using Sypherlink: Harvester, we will be able to greatly shorten this process when implementing time-critical applications such as CRM and marketing analytics."
