BALTIMORE, MD -- Program submissions are now being accepted for SC2002, the annual conference of high performance networking and computing. This year's conference, with the theme "From Terabytes to Insights," will include seven days of technical programs, technological demonstrations and exhibits, and educational outreach. The conference convenes Nov. 16-22 in the Baltimore Convention Center. SC program submissions will be accepted via the Web for panels, posters, technical papers (extended abstracts), and tutorials. The submissions pages can be accessed from the SC2002 Technical Program Web page: . Click on your area of interest to access the appropriate submission form. The submission deadline for papers, panels and tutorials is Friday, April 26. April 26 is also the deadline for submitting research exhibit requests, and for applications to participate in the SC2002 Education Program. The deadline for poster submissions is July 29. In addition, technical papers will be entered in the Gordon Bell Award competition if they are identified as a Gordon Bell Award entry. "The SC conference has a tradition of presenting the best technical program content in the field," said Conference Chair Roscoe Giles of Boston University. "This year, we expect that leaders and experts from the nation and the world will contribute to making this the most impressive technical program to date."
