Intel Appoints 16 Vice Presidents

SANTA CLARA, CA -- Intel Corporation today announced the appointment of 16 individuals as vice president. The newly appointed vice presidents are Craig C. Brown, Steven R. Grant, Nasser Grayeli, Ravi Jacob, Brian M. Krzanich, Jeffrey P. McCrea, Stuart C. Pann, Gregory R. Pearson, Prasad L. Rampalli, Keith E. Reese, Dianne L. Rudolph, Bruce Sewell, David M. Shannon, Anthony F. Sica, Stacy J. Smith and Randy L. Wilhelm. Craig C. Brown, 43, is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and director of the Materials Strategic Programs Operation. He is responsible for ensuring the availability of materials to help Intel meet production deadlines, managing staffing and productivity processes, and deploying e-Business capabilities across the company's procurement operations. Brown joined Intel in 1982. Steven R. Grant, 42, is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and director of Logic Technology Manufacturing and Transfer. He co-manages logic process technology development and the transition of 300mm wafer production from development to high-volume manufacturing. Grant joined Intel in 1981. Nasser Grayeli, 52, is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and director of Assembly Technology Development. He is responsible for the company's packaging, assembly and related technology development. Grayeli joined Intel in 1983. Ravi Jacob, 49, is vice president of the Finance and Enterprise Services Group and assistant treasurer of Acquisitions and Strategic Investments. He manages the worldwide team of treasury managers responsible for structuring and executing Intel Capital's acquisition and strategic investment transactions. Jacob joined Intel in 1984. Brian M. Krzanich, 41, is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and manager of the Process 860 Program. Krzanich is responsible for the implementation and ongoing performance of 0.13-micron logic process technology across Intel's global factory network. He joined Intel in 1982. Jeffrey P. McCrea, 36, is vice president of the Intel Architecture Group and director of Desktop Platform Marketing for the Desktop Platforms Group. He is responsible for product marketing and applications engineering for Intel products used in desktop computing. McCrea joined Intel in 1991. Stuart C. Pann, 42, is vice president of the Intel Architecture Group and director of Microprocessor Marketing and Business Planning. He is responsible for the company's microprocessor and chipset pricing, demand forecasting and sales strategies. Pann joined Intel in 1981. Gregory R. Pearson, 41, is vice president of the Sales and Marketing Group and general manager of the Communications Sales Organization. He manages the worldwide sales organization that sells Intel's communications products to wireless handset, network infrastructure and embedded computing customers. Pearson joined Intel in 1983. Prasad L. Rampalli, 47, is vice president of the Finance and Enterprise Services Group and director of Enterprise Business Computing in Intel's Information Technology organization. He is responsible for delivering the e-Business infrastructure, core technologies and data management capabilities to help Intel achieve its goal of becoming a 100 percent e-Corporation. Rampalli joined Intel in 1983. Keith E. Reese, 44, is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and general manager of the Intel Supply Network Group. He is responsible for Intel's worldwide supply network, including planning, logistics and light manufacturing of in-process goods, finished systems and silicon product inventories. Reese joined Intel in 1979. Dianne L. Rudolph, 48, is vice president of the Finance and Enterprise Services Group and controller of the Intel Architecture Group. She is responsible for the group's financial management. Rudolph joined Intel in 1984. Bruce Sewell, 43, is vice president, Legal, and assistant general counsel. He manages the team that provides legal advisory services to the Intel Architecture Group. Sewell joined Intel in 1995. David M. Shannon, 46, is vice president, Legal, and assistant general counsel. He is responsible for the legal advisory services for the Intel Communications Group and the Wireless Communications and Computing Group. Shannon joined Intel in 1993. Anthony F. Sica, 54, is vice president of the Wireless Communications and Computing Group and the group's marketing director. He is responsible for marketing the Intel(R) Personal Internet Client Architecture and related products to makers of wireless communications devices. Sica joined Intel in 1979. Stacy J. Smith, 39, is vice president of the Sales and Marketing Group and co-general manager of Intel Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for Intel product sales and marketing in the EMEA region. Smith joined Intel in 1988. Randy L. Wilhelm, 48, is vice president of the Intel Architecture Group and director of Chipset Engineering for the Desktop Products Group.
